Your Excel can't
keep up with your business
As your company grows, spreadsheets become
the bottleneck. Here are the symptoms:
This is NOT for you if...
And you've already had overwritten data, duplicate versions, or the classic "final_v3_definitive.xlsx".
The day that one person isn't around, the business grinds to a halt.
And today you depend on that one PC where the file lives.
A corrupted or accidentally deleted file can cost you days of work.
Which parts of
your Excel do we migrate?
- We map your spreadsheet: sheets, formulas, macros and flows.
- We design the database that replaces the file.
- We build the web app with the same logic you already know.
- We migrate your historical data from Excel to the new system.
- We train your team and keep the Excel as a fallback.
Your Excel logic,
now in the cloud
We migrate what your team already knows,
improve it and bring it to the web.
Security,
support and control
- Daily automatic backups (no more "the file got deleted")
- Roles and permissions: each user sees only what they should
- Audit log of who changed what and when
- Validations that prevent bad data from being entered
- No own servers: all you need is internet
- Your team works simultaneously, without stepping on each other.
- No more duplicate versions of the spreadsheet.
- Data stays secure and with real backups.
- Your Excel stays as a fallback throughout the transition.
- You gain reports and controls impossible in a spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions
Are the formulas and macros I already have in Excel preserved?
The logic is preserved, but it's rewritten on the system side. What a macro or formula does today gets executed in the web application in a more robust way, without depending on anyone breaking a cell. We map every important calculation before migrating.
Will I lose the historical data from my spreadsheets?
No. We migrate every historical record from Excel to the new system. We do an initial load, validate it with your team, and only then make the cutover. Your original file stays intact as a fallback.
How much does it cost to migrate a system built in Excel?
It depends on complexity: number of sheets, macros and processes involved. We do a free initial assessment and give you a locked-in quote before starting, with no surprises.
How long does it take to move from Excel to a web application?
A typical Excel migration takes 4 to 10 weeks depending on the size of the spreadsheet. Meanwhile you keep using your Excel as usual: the switch happens once the new system is tested.
Will my team have to learn something completely new?
No. We design the app respecting the logic and naming your team already uses in the spreadsheet. The learning curve is minimal and we include training.
Can I keep using my Excel while you do the migration?
Yes, that's essential. Your operation doesn't stop. We work in parallel and only make the switch when the app has been validated by your team.
Your Excel isn't broken.
It's ready to evolve.
With digmacode you can turn it into a web app,
without slowing your team's operation down.
